VTB Bank files Documents for 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

VTB Bank today announced that it has filed its documents for the Annual General Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders ('AGM') to be held on June 4, 2010, with the Financial Services Authority ('FSA'), according to the London Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

 The documents provided to the FSA are as follows:

·; Notice of meeting

·; Form of proxy

The General Shareholders Meeting is to take place at the Russia State Concert Hall: 24, bld 2, Luzhniki, Moscow. Registration will start at 10:00 on 4 June 2010. The Meeting will open at 13:00.

Holders of record on April 16, 2010 of Depositary Receipts (each representing two thousand (2000) ordinary shares) of VTB Bank will be notified by The Bank of New York Mellon (as Depositary).
