Update to number of shares held by Stephen Bird

The Vitec Group plc announces that Stephen Bird's shareholding in the Company has increased by 2,000 shares to 267,614 shares, arising from a holding of shares through a connected person.

Of the 267,614 shares, 53,522 are shares purchased in the market using funds supplied by Mr Bird and are held by Capita Trustees Ltd, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under the Vitec Group 2005 and 2014 Deferred Bonus Plans.
