SVM Global Fund plc announces that on 15 June 2012 it bought back for Treasury 75,000 of its Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 271.25 pence per share.

The current issued share capital of SVM Global Fund plc is now 51,809,546 Ordinary Shares including 1,625,000 Shares held in Treasury.
