DCC PLC11 December 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 11 December 2006, 19,950 shares were transferred outof the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme2001. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €6.22 to €10.38. DCC now has a total of 80,249,148 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and7,980,256 shares held in treasury.
