DCC PLC10 February 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 10 February 2006, 4,360 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paidfor these shares was €7.43. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,698,541 shares are nowheld in treasury.
