DCC PLC20 February 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 20 February 2006, 17,779 shares were transferred outof the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme2001. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €8.79 to €11.25. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,680,762 shares are nowheld in treasury.
