SVM Global Fund plc announces that on 13 July 2012 it bought back for Treasury 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 272.2 pence per share.

The current issued share capital of SVM Global Fund plc is now 51,809,546 Ordinary Shares including 1,825,000 Shares held in Treasury.
