Halfords Group PLC08 June 2007 HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES Halfords Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 8 June 2007 it purchasedfor cancellation 50,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 390.0p per ordinaryshare.
