The highest price and lowest price paid for theseshares were €5.50 and €5.50 respectively. The purchased shares will all becancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 34,964,098 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.024% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
