Compass Group PLC announces that on 27 July 2016 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,469.4600 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,464.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,475.0000 pence per share.
