Date of Results and Trading Update

 

 

Photo-Me International plc ("Photo-Me"), the instant service equipment group, will announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2010, on Wednesday 7 July 2010.

 

In line with our Interim Management Statement of 16 March 2010, trading remained strong to the end of the financial year.

 

Following the completion of the initial group consolidation for the year end, Photo-Me expects the pre-exceptional, pre-tax profits to exceed current market expectations (of around £10.5 million) by at least 20%. The final figures remain subject to final Group audit review.

 

The Group remains optimistic about further progress in the current year and its longer term prospects.
