ARC International Plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive, ARC International Plc (the"Company") confirms that its issued share capital comprises 152,703,048 ordinaryshares of 0.1 pence each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rightsand none of the ordinary shares is held in treasury.
