Statement of Total Voting Rights

Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, hereby announces that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 927,473,474 ordinary shares of no par value ('the Ordinary Shares'), with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to cast one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 927,473,474.

The number of Ordinary Shares quoted above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

In addition a further 81,533,150 are to be issued on completion of the acquisition of 490,374 shares in Delta Mining Consolidated, announced on 1 April 2010.
