Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, iimia Investment Group plc has 15,878,998 ordinary 10p shares in issue, each with a single voting class attached thereto. Therefore the total number of voting rights in iimia Investment Group plc is 15,878,998.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iimia Investment Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
