As at the date of this announcement, 131,068,589 ordinary shares are in issue,representing a total ordinary share capital of GBP 32,767,147.25. The votingrights attaching to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share,representing total voting rights of 131,068,589. The Company holds 1,039,016 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 130,029,573.
