At 31 May 2021, the Company's capital consisted of 41,342,663 ordinary shares of which 108,846 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights at 31 May 2021 was 41,233,817.
The above figure of 41,233,817 may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change of their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
