Yesterday, the BBVA Board of Directors approved the distribution, as third gross interim dividend against 2009 results, of euros 0.09 for each of all current issued shares.
Gross dividend: 0.09 euros per share.
Net dividend: 0.0738 euros (withholding tax rate of 18%)
Ex-dividend date: Monday, December 28th, 2009
The dividend will be paid as of next December 28th, 2009, according to the regulations applicable to the depositary entities and using the means that IBERCLEAR provides to such entities.
