Due to the unprecedented demand from shareholders for share buy backs in 2008 the Board has decided, in the interests of equal treatment of all shareholders, to suspend further buy backs but to make a Tender Offer to all shareholders in early April. Details will be included in a circular to be sent to shareholders in due course.
