PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CHANGES
The Board of F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited note the announcement today by F&C Asset Management plc of the proposed changes to the structure of the property management team at F&C Investment Business Limited ("FCIB") and the combination of that business with REIT Asset Management Limited (the "Proposal"). The Board, together with its advisers, intends to consider carefully the terms of the Proposal and to discuss it in detail with FCIB. The Board also intends to discuss the Proposal with its larger shareholders before making a further announcement.
