Press Comment e2v technologies plc notes the recent French trade press reports concerning e2vand Atmel Corporation's Grenoble facility. The Board of e2v confirms that it isin discussions concerning a potential transaction but emphasises that thesediscussions are at an early stage and there is no certainty they will lead toany definitive agreement.
