Koovs plc ("Koovs" or the "Company") (AIM: KOOV.L)) notes the recent rise in the Company's share price and advises the market that it knows of no specific reason for such significant movements.
The Company today announces that it expects its preliminary results for the year ending 31 March 2016 to be published on 29 July 2016, subject to Board approval. The Company confirms that these results and also current trading and outlook are in line with market expectations.
