RM PLC25 October 2007 25 October 2007 RM plc: Directorate change RM announces that Sherry Coutu, Senior Independent Director and Chair of theRemuneration Committee will stand down from the Group's Board on 28 October,having completed three terms as a Non-Executive Director. She will continue heraffiliation with the group via the Advisory Council which is chaired by Sir MikeTomlinson.
