Results of General Meeting
SolGold plc (AIM: SOLG) confirms that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed by a show of hands at the Company's General Meeting, held on 27 November 2015 in Brisbane, Australia.
A breakdown of proxy votes is set out below:
