Results of Annual General Meeting

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 1 May 2014.

Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 294,653,793 shares amounting to 90.77% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 324,618,187. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 copies of all the resolutions passed, other than ordinary business, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.
