Resolutions passed at Annual General Meeting ("AGM") - 23 July 2009
All resolutions proposed at the AGM held on 23 July 2009 were passed on a poll.
LISTING RULES LR 9.6.2R AND LR 9.6.3R
The Company has forwarded to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority two copies of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting.
Copies of the above-mentioned documents will shortly be available for viewing at the Document Viewing Facility, at the address below, from 9:00am to 5:30pm on every weekday except bank holidays.
