Results of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
At the Company's AGM held earlier today all Resolutions were passed.
Neil Ritson, LGO's Chief Executive, commented at the meeting that:
"The sale of our Spanish assets is continuing and we hope to have definitive news on the conclusion of that process in due course. The proceeds from the sale will be redeployed into our operations in Trinidad where recent results from working over wells on the Goudron Field have been very encouraging."
