CSRC Approval to Additional A Share Offering
(Overseas Regulatory Announcement)
This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Reference is made to Air China Limited (the "Company")'s announcement dated 3 June 2008. On 8 July 2008, the Company received from the China Securities Regulatory Commission the approval to the Company's additional public offering of no more than 400 million A shares. The approval shall be valid for six months as of the date of the approval.
