Accordingly, a total of 53,901,190B Shares, representing 94.90 per cent. of the B Shares originally in issue, havenow been redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions attaching to the BShares. The Company may, at its discretion, redeem the remaining 2,898,980 BShares at any time and will be obliged to do so no later than 31 December 2008.
