JSC RusHydro ("Issuer") informs that on July 1st, 2010, due to Resolution on the additional issue of securities (state registration No. 1-01-55038-E-038D of 19 November 2009) ("Resolution") the Issuer has made a contract with broker which will be involved in additional shares placement.

Full business name and abbreviated business name, place of business: Joint stock commercial Sberegatelny bank of the Russian Federation (open joint stock company) (JSC Sberbank of Russia), 19 Vavilova Street, Moscow, Russia, 117997 ("Broker")

Brokerage license No., date, term of license, issuing authority: indefinite brokerage license № 077-02894-100000, dated November 27, 2000, issued by Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia.

The Broker's basic functions for the provision of services to the Issuer for the placement of shares are: 1) receipt and registration of offers, 2) dispatch of replies on behalf of the Issuer on offer acceptance to persons determined by the Issuer at the Issuer's discretion from among the persons who have sent their offers.

Additional information about Broker's basic functions:

The Broker doesn't make a decision on offers accept.

The Broker shall have no obligation to communicate with potential buyers of shares except of stated above.

The Broker shall have no obligation to acquire securities that have not been placed within a specified period of time.

The Broker shall have no duty to maintain the prices of placed securities at a certain level during a certain period after the completion of their placement (stabilization), and shall have no duty to provide market maker services.

The Broker shall have no right to acquire an additional amount of the Issuer's securities from among the Issuer's placed (outstanding) securities of the same type, category (class) with the securities subject to placement, which may be sold or unsold depending on the results of the securities placement.

Important legal information: This message is not an addressed to indefinite list of persons invitation to make offers to acquire additional shares ("Invitation"). Offers receipt will be exercised only after publication of Invitation as it is stated in p.8.3 of Resolution.
