Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 14 June 2017 (the Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the Leeds Building Society's €7 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Leeds Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 30 January 2017 (together, the Base Prospectus).
