The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 30 July 2008 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of €1,250,000,000 6.000 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 2011 by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (the "Issuer") to be issued on 1 August 2008 pursuant to the U.S.$40,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by the Issuer) and U.S.$25,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association) Euro Medium Term Note Program.

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 6 September 2007, as amended and supplemented by supplementary prospectuses dated 22 October 2007, 21 November 2007, 17 January 2008, 5 March 2008, 3 April 2008, 28 April 2008,16 May 2008, 26 June 2008 and 24 July 2008 respectively (together, the "Prospectus").
