Circular re New Employee Incentive Schemes
Capital & Regional plc announces that it has today posted the above circular to its shareholders proposing new incentive schemes and giving notice of a General Meeting to be held on 5 November 2008 at 10.00am at Rubens Hotel, 39 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0PS, at which the shareholder vote on the proposed new incentive schemes will take place. The proposed schemes are The Capital & Regional plc 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan, The Capital & Regional plc 2008 Co-Investment Plan and The Capital & Regional plc 2008 SAYE Scheme.
