Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
United Cacao Limited SEZC (AIM: CHOC), the AIM-quoted cacao plantation company based in Peru, announces that a circular and notice of general meeting will shortly be posted to shareholders. A copy of this circular will also be made available on the Company's website at www.unitedcacao.com.
The purpose of the General Meeting is to seek shareholder approval in respect of the Board's authority to issue new ordinary shares in the Company and to confirm the appointment of certain directors of the Company, namely Nicolas Van Broekhoven, Timothy O'Neil and Graeme Brown, appointed since the Company's most recent Annual General Meeting.
The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, being 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU at 10 a.m. on 29 November 2016.
