Notice of General Meeting
A circular has today been sent to the Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders") convening a general meeting of the Company for 3.00 p.m. on 22 February 2010, at which Shareholders will be asked to approve a capital re-organisation, the change of the Company's name to "Marechale Capital plc" and the adoption of new articles of association incorporating the provisions of the Companies Act 2006.
