Notice of amended agenda of the Board of Directors meeting on April 17, 2012

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that due to organizational issues the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting on April 17, 2012 was amended.

The item of convening and holding the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro was excluded from the agenda.

This item has been moved to a next Board of Directors meeting, of which RusHydro will communicate in accordance with established procedures.
