SafeCharge (AIM:SCH), a leader in advanced payment technologies, announces that the Company's Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("Notice") together with the Annual Report, containing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, has been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the office of JTC, Dorey Court, Admiral Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GU1 2HT at 10:30am on Wednesday 18 May 2016.
