Following a thorough review of the market value of SVM Global Fund plc's portfolio including a rigorous reappraisal of less liquid stocks, the unaudited net asset value per share as at the close of business on 31 August 2012 has been revised to 293.64p.

In accordance with AIC guidance, this asset value and all future asset values use closing BID prices and is on a cum income basis.
