Holdings in Company
The Company was notified by Hargreave Hale Limited (Hargreave) of the following interests in ordinary share capital of Niger Uranium:
- On 15 November 2010, that as at 12 November 2010 Hargreave, on behalf of Discretionary Clients, held 16,417,000 shares in Niger Uranium, representing 14.5014% of the Company's issued share capital;
- On 16 November 2010, that as at 15 November 2010 Hargreave, on behalf of Discretionary Clients, held 14,367,000 shares in Niger Uranium, representing 12.6906% of the Company's issued share capital; and
- On 19 November 2010, that as at 18 November 2010 Hargreave, on behalf of Discretionary Clients, held 13,550,000 shares in Niger Uranium, representing 11.9689% of the Company's issued share capital.
