Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 18 April 2011 that following an acquisition of 11,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 April 2011, Credit Suisse Group AG, the parent holding company of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd, is now interested in 86,634,525 shares, representing 9.34% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
