Asia Energy PLC29 March 2005 Asia Energy plc ("Company") Notification of significant holding Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act") and rule 15 of the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed: The Company was notified on 29 March 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited had acquired a further interest in the shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 1,934,653 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.05 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
