Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 5 April 2012 that following the acquisition of 5,985,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 April 2012, Beyond Africa Fund Limited is now interested in 93,482,116 shares, representing 10.08% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
