The Company received notification on 12 October 2009 that Harris Associates LP has decreased its holding from 41,180,345 to 38,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. The revised holding represents 5.94% of the relevant share capital. This results in their number of voting rights being38,000,000 (direct).
