Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 29 February 2012 that following the acquisition of 34,832,795 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 February 2012, Beyond Africa Fund Limited is now interested in 87,497,116 shares, representing 9.43% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
The Company also received notification on 29 February 2012 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 29 February 2012, Lajos Varga no longer holds a notifiable interest in Sable Mining.
