Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 1 September 2011 that following the acquisition of 4,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 August 2011, Mr. Lajos Varga, is now interested in 31,499,795 shares, representing 3.40% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
