Empyrean Energy PLC31 October 2006 31 October 2006 Empyrean Energy PLC ("Empyrean Energy" or the "Company"; Ticker: (EME)) GRANT OF OPTIONS Empyrean Energy today annouces that it has granted options over 2,250,000ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company to management. Options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each have been granted to both MrThomas Kelly (Executive Director) and Mr Frank Brophy (Technical Director). Anadditional 250,000 options have also been granted to various employees andconsultants of the Company. The options were granted with an exercise price of£0.50 per share.
