VPhase PLC22 October 2007 22 October 2007 VPhase plc ("VPhase" or the "Company") Exercise of Warrants The Directors of VPhase announce that they have received a notice of exercise ofwarrants from City Financial Associates Limited in respect of 1,000,000 warrants(as amended) at an exercise price of 0.25p each. Accordingly, the Directorshave agreed to issue a further 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each,fully paid in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). The New Shares willrank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. No further warrants fall to be exercised in the ordinary share capital of theCompany. Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 25 October 2007. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will beincreased to 625,120,063 ordinary shares.
