Distribution Timetable
Further to the announcement made on 21 June 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the indicative timetable relating to the distribution of 15 pence per ordinary share (approximately £37.5 million) to be made to Shareholders. The distribution will be made via a B Share Scheme and will be subject to the indicative timetable set out below.

Background to the B Share Scheme
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 2 December 2011, new Articles of Association were adopted which provide for the creation of new B share classes. Further details were described in a circular dated 9 November 2011 that convened the above Annual General Meeting.
