Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 16 April 2014 the personal pension scheme of the Company's Operations Director, Mark Smith, sold 12,978 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 438 pence per share. Mark Smith now holds a beneficial interest in 447 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
