Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 3 April 2014, the Company's Chairman, Bob Woods, sold 220,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 445 pence per share.
Bob Woods now holds a beneficial interest in 3,073,703 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
