The Company was notified on 17 June 2008 that Mr Murphy, a director of the Company had, on 5 June 2008, sold 100,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each registered in his name at 210p per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Murphy's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is now 1,121,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each representing 2.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
